“I’m very pleased with the service I received from Trafalgar Risk Management. The online portal was very easy to use, they answered my questions quickly and efficiently, and I loved their personal touch. Every time I reached out, I got a customised response instead of the usual runaround experience when dealing with big companies.”

How It Works
Following damage to your business equipment, stock, or tools of trade or, if an allegation of negligence is being made against you, the below process is how insurers will view the event, and how your loss will be treated.
Advise Insurers immediately if you have suffered a loss or been accused of causing injury or damage to a third party.
Insurers will need you to verify any material damage loss before making a payment. This will include, but not limited to, how, when and where the damage occurred and how much is the loss.
If an allegation of negligence has been made against you; insurers will review the circumstances and advise you of the next steps. Insurers may also take control of any claim and handle everything on your behalf.
In the event of a claim or an allegation of negligence being made against you:
- DO NOT admit liability and advise insurers immediately.
- Insurers will review the details of the allegation and advise regarding legal liability.
- Insurers will take full control of the claim and act on your behalf when dealing with your client and/or their legal representatives.
- Insurers will pay settlement and claim costs, less the applicable excess.
